WATERING CAN
A vibrant vintage mid-century oil painting by Georg Magnusson, dated 1962. A garden chair and watering can are reduced to bold colour planes, creating a wonderfully graphic modernist composition. The confident colour and geometric handling make this a particularly appealing example of Scandinavian art from the 1960s.
