Overview

We hope you love your new piece(s). We completely understand that art is such a personal thing, and sometimes it just doesn’t feel quite right.

Returning artwork

If you’d like to make a return, please email us to let us know. You have 14 days from delivery to send the artwork back in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost, and we’re unable to refund items that arrive back damaged, so please do take care when wrapping.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours with photos of both the item and the packaging so we can help resolve things quickly. Please also refer to our policy on buying vintage.
